1. Delivery Time
- Standard items: 7 – 15 working days
- Custom / made-to-order items: 15 – 30 working days
- A tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Available within the UAE only, payment in AED upon receipt.
- If you are unavailable at delivery, re-delivery charges may apply.
- Refunds for returned COD items are issued as store credit or bank transfer within 7 – 10 working days.
3. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier will attempt delivery twice at your address.
- If both attempts fail, the order is held for 5 working days then returned to our warehouse.
- Re-delivery after a failed attempt may incur an additional fee.
4. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your full address and UAE mobile number are correct at checkout.
- Emirati Home is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details.
- Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
5. Shipping Delays
- Delays may occur due to public holidays, weather, or courier disruptions.
- We will notify you by email or SMS if your order is significantly delayed.
- If your order is delayed beyond 30 days, you may request a full refund or store credit.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Inspect your order upon delivery and refuse it if visibly damaged.
- Report any damage within 48 hours with photos to care@emiratihome.com.
- Lost shipments will be reshipped or fully refunded within 7 – 10 working days.
