Shipping policy

1. Delivery Time

  • Standard items: 7 – 15 working days
  • Custom / made-to-order items: 15 – 30 working days
  • A tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available within the UAE only, payment in AED upon receipt.
  • If you are unavailable at delivery, re-delivery charges may apply.
  • Refunds for returned COD items are issued as store credit or bank transfer within 7 – 10 working days.

3. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier will attempt delivery twice at your address.
  • If both attempts fail, the order is held for 5 working days then returned to our warehouse.
  • Re-delivery after a failed attempt may incur an additional fee.

4. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your full address and UAE mobile number are correct at checkout.
  • Emirati Home is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details.
  • Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.

5. Shipping Delays

  • Delays may occur due to public holidays, weather, or courier disruptions.
  • We will notify you by email or SMS if your order is significantly delayed.
  • If your order is delayed beyond 30 days, you may request a full refund or store credit.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Inspect your order upon delivery and refuse it if visibly damaged.
  • Report any damage within 48 hours with photos to care@emiratihome.com.
  • Lost shipments will be reshipped or fully refunded within 7 – 10 working days.
